I'm working on my final project now (BArch), the theme is "Social Dwelling" and I'm through the research phase right now.
Cohousing and community dwellings is what I mean for social housing. Projects which are usually supported by a non-profit organizations and have shared spaces for the residents aa well like kindergardens, mutual workshops area, inner gardens and etc.

Do you know any similar research? "Good" examples of Social Dwelling Projects in the world I can learn from? Links? Sites? Info? Friends who studied the subject?

Thank you!

I would be very interested in your research results. We are an Architectural firm located in Central Pennsylvania specializing in historic adaptive reuse, multifamily housing (both market rate and "affordable") and urban infill projects. I have been looking into co-housing alternatives for these building types. I need to "sell" these alternatives to our onwers and developers.
